According to New Jersey State Law, students must be 5 years old on or before October 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling. At Holy Angels Catholic School, age does not guarantee acceptance into our full day academically oriented kindergarten program. Our school reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a child for kindergarten based on the kindergarten pre-testing.


First grade students must be 6 years old on or before October 1st. Birth certificate is required for registration. Current immunization record is also required for registration.

Students transferring into all other grades should provide copies of their most recent academic record. They will also need to provide a transfer card. Official records will be requested from the sending school.

Students leaving Holy Angels Catholic School may not be readmitted. It is very difficult for a student to adjust to new schools. Coming and going from one school to another is both academically and socially detrimental to the well being of the student. In special circumstances, such as financial, the decision of the principal/pastor is binding.
